Mechanizm of SWING DOOR
UNIFLOW’s swing door features a unique no-spring mechanism that uses an inclined offset shaft, allowing the door to operate smoothly using only its own weight.
Operation of UNIFLOW’S SWING DOOR
- Push the bumper with a cart.
It closes itself gently and stops at the center after the door swings.
SWING DOOR action
The upper and lower components are shifted non-vertically for the hinge used for SWING DOOR.
The door rises to open obliquely upward and then returns to the original position using its own weight.

UNIFLOW SCP offer durability associated with stainless steel. They are constructed of a composite wood core（lumber-core） and clad on both sides with stainless steel/aluminum panels.
SCP traffic doors are installed in a variety of facilities such as the backyard of stores, factory workspaces and offices.

Lightweight model.
UNIFLOW LWP-3,the door body is constructed of 1.6cm thick tempered aluminum that creates a durable and flexibility. A lightweight model suitable for pedestrians that opens smoothly with a finger touch.
We recommended for various spaces, such as entrance to backrooms of stores, work rooms in factories, offices and etc.

Whole surface aluminum model.
UNIFLOW AL-3 is constructed robust composite wood core (lumber-core) and clad full height on both sides with 0.6cm Special aluminum alloy.
It is a popular model having unique and sharp texture of aluminum.
An even flat finishing on the door surface without use of screws is suitable for decoration using a decorative sheet.
Standard vision panels are set in aluminum frame.

ECO SWING SCGR-3/SCPR-3

Washable sanitary model.
UNIFLOW ECO SWING,SCPR-3/SCGR-3 is constructed robust and water resistant plastic core and clad on both sides with special stainless/aluminum alloy.
ECO SWING is a washable door. These models are recommended for stores and food factories where HACCP system is required.
・Lightweight and strong, the plastic core material is less likely to deteriorate ensuring hygene and long product life.
・Improved heat insulation performance is approximately 20% greater than the standard model (compared with the SCP model).

FCG-3
Insulated model.
UNIFLOW's FCG door is insulated models. Especially perfect option for refrigerating rooms.
FCG is constructed of five layers of structure and hard urethane foam for heat insulation and core material and a perimeter seal with gasket. FCG's heat insulation performance is three times that of the standard model (compared with the SCP).
They provide visual and thermal separation. It designed to facilitate the flow of traffic in a variety of applications, it can be manufactured to fit any size opening. With the highest level of durability and heat insulating property, it is the perfect option for refrigerating rooms.

V-hinge SCG-3V/LWP-3V
Wind-resistant model.
UNIFLOW's "V-Hinges" are specialized hardware for adding wind resistance to doors.V-Hinges dramatically improve the wind resistance of doors. It also prevents the door from being pulled by air conditioning as well as wind.
The locking mechanism prevents the door from being pushed by wind.
Closing force can be adjusted according to the pressure on the door caused by wind or air conditioning.

MINI SWING
Durable, light-weight and economical swinging café door.
UNIFLOW MINI SWING MP-1a is quick and easy to install.
It opens with a light touch and closes gently after passing due to does not use springs but only gravity. It is used in a wide range of sectors such as fast food chains and convenience stores.
We offer a variety of colored vinyl sheet for surface of the door to suit your interior.
