In this article, we will propose air conditioning management using high-speed roll-up door.

Let us introduce a specific installation example.
The manager of a certain automotive maintenance factory was facing the following concerns:

"Facing intense heat within our manufacturing facilities due to recent extreme summers, our on-site workers are experiencing significant strain. This challenging environment has even led to employee attrition."


Despite installing air conditioning, the following issues arose:

(Cycle time: Opening 3 seconds + Top hold 5 seconds + Closing 6 seconds)

Based on the specifications above, the net opening time (the duration the door remains open) is approximately 10 seconds. This drastically reduces exposure to the elements, temperature fluctuations, and potential calculated value.
Consider this: A standard heavy door opens at a speed of approximately 0.1 meters per second.
While a simple calculation shows a standard heavy steel door are left open 10 times the time of our roll-up doors. Due to slow pass, conventional steel doors are frequently left open for extended periods, especially in high-traffic environments.
Airflow from gaps leads to significant energy loss for heating and cooling systems.

Our high-speed roll-up door open and close rapidly, helping to maintain interior temperatures and minimize outside air intrusion. By preventing doors from being left open, they also contribute to effective insect proof control.
