[IMPORTANT] Notice Regarding Price Revision Due to Escalating Tensions in the Middle East

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and partnership.
As you are aware, we have been facing a continuous surge in raw material prices, energy costs, and logistics expenses. Furthermore, the recent escalation of tensions in the Middle East has significantly impacted the procurement environment and supply chain stability. Consequently, we have received successive notices of price increases from our primary suppliers. Despite our efforts to negotiate terms, we have reached a point where these increases can no longer be absorbed by our company alone.
In addition, the outlook remains extremely uncertain. Depending on how the situation in the Middle East evolves, there is a possibility of further worsening procurement conditions and price increases. We also cannot rule out the potential for supply shortages for certain products.
Under these unavoidable circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to revise our wholesale prices. We sincerely apologize for the short notice of this announcement.
Effective Date: For all quotations issued from Friday, May 1, 2026 onwards.
